DW Real Estate GmbH is an independent real estate investment company with offices in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and Amsterdam.

Founded by Sven Dahlmeyer and Holger Wachter, DW Real Estate has been in existence since 2015. Our many years of experience and extensive network guarantee professional implementation of mandates and access to interesting projects. Our investor partners include English-speaking investment managers and funds, as well as German family offices and institutional investors such as pension funds and insurance companies.
Since the company was founded, we have incorporated ESG aspects into our purchasing and asset management decisions. Through its activities, the real estate industry has a great deal of influence on the realisation of the EU's ambitious sustainability goals. We can support the reduction of C02 like few other industries with our active management approach for existing properties and provide our tenants with a more appealing living and working environment.

To the ESG aspectsIn Germany, DWRE invests primarily in the office, social and healthcare real estate use classes, both in individual properties from around €15 million or as part of a portfolio transaction. We are represented with our investors in all risk classes.
In cooperation with our sister company SCANTUM DW, we focus on investments in logistics properties in both Germany and the Netherlands. The minimum volume for individual properties is around €15 million. Portfolio transactions are also possible.
Together with our sister company DW EFFECTUM, we invest in residential real estate in Germany. The minimum investment amount for individual properties is around € 5 million. Portfolio transactions are also possible.
In the Netherlands, our subsidiary DWRE NL B.V. focuses on residential properties from €5 million. In addition to locations in the Randstad, we are also looking for properties in growing medium-sized cities (from 20,000 inhabitants) for our investors in all risk classes. We also invest selectively in office properties from €15 million, preferably in the Core+ and Value Add segments.
