Our sustainability strategy

Since the company was founded, we have incorporated ESG aspects into our purchasing and asset management decisions. Through its activities, the real estate industry has a great deal of influence on the realisation of the EU's ambitious sustainability goals. We can support the reduction of C02 like few other industries with our active management approach for existing properties and provide our tenants with a more appealing living and working environment.

Core areas

At corporate level, we operate in a sustainable and environmentally conscious manner. We travel largely by train and avoid air travel and car journeys as much as possible.

Our actions focus on the following core areas

Avoidance of air travel (up to 500 KM) and car travel for business trips as well as promotion of rail travel with a green electricity strategy there (including financing of railcards for employees).

Preference for travelling to work by bicycle and public transport

Enabling home office solutions

Regular donations to charitable organisations (e.g. Children's Cancer Aid, Atmosfair, Münchner Tafel)
