In Germany, DWRE invests primarily in the office, Unternehmensimmobilien, social and healthcare real estate use classes, both in individual properties from €15 million or as part of a portfolio transaction. We are represented with our investors in all risk classes.

In close cooperation with our sister company SCANTUM, we are also involved in logistics, light industrial and production properties, starting from a volume of €10 million. Our interest extends to properties in all risk classes. Locations in metropolitan areas, on transport axes and logistics hubs are particularly preferred.
In the residential real estate segment, we invest with our sister company DW Effectum Residential in Germany and with our subsidiary DWRE NL in the Netherlands. The focus here is on properties with a value of €5 million or more and on portfolio transactions. In addition to German locations, we are also looking for suitable investment properties in the Netherlands, including in the Dutch metropolitan region of Randstad. We are particularly interested in growing medium-sized cities with a population of 20,000 inhabitants or more.
