Leipzig, November 29, 2022 - Forum am Brühl has become the first office property in Leipzig to receiveWiredScore certification. The property is owned and managed by DW Real Estate (DWRE) and Goldman Sachs. WiredScore is the global certification system for digital connectivity and smart technology. The Forum am Brühl has, among other things, four redundant fiber optic connections from different providers as well as additional capacity to run fiber optic connections into the building. This was one of the reasons why it was able to achieve the Gold level in the current Wired Score certification.

Three well-known existing tenants have currently extended their leases for at least another ten years and - contrary to the home office trend - are even expanding their rental space while adapting the floor plans to New Work concepts. They include Siemens Betriebskrankenkasse (approximately 2,800 square meters), Drees & Sommer (approximately 1,100 square meters of existing space and 650 square meters of expansion) and Ebner & Stolz (approximately 800 square meters of existing space and 500 square meters of expansion).
DWRE took over the property in mid-2021 with an occupancy rate of around 89 percent together with Goldman Sachs and increased the occupancy rate to 100 percent shortly after acquisition. Among other things, the vacancy on the first floor was reduced with a lease to Barmenia with a modern, hybrid office/service concept as an alternative to traditional retail. In addition, a long-term parking garage management agreement was concluded with Q-Park shortly after the purchase.
The Forum am Brühl is located directly opposite Leipzig's main train station in Leipzig's most central office location.
