DW Real Estate GmbH is pleased to announce the full leasing of the Dresden Annenhöfe with over 20,000 square meters of rental space. In addition to users such as the state capital of Dresden or the IU International University, DWRE has now been able to conclude a long-term lease agreement for the final space with an international business consultancy for around 3,500 square meters. In addition, the Porsche consulting subsidiary MHP - A Porsche Company has leased around 1,000 square meters of office space. In addition, DWRE was also able to secure the Barkhausen Institute of the Technical University of Dresden with a demo and lab space for R&D in the field of Internet of Things.
